The way I see AI will be used in future is that artist will focus on more interesting, fun and creative parts of work and let AI fill in boring and repetitive parts. This will actually increase overall creativity, productivity and passion for art careers. In the beginning there may be short period of chaos though.

another reason to not ignore utilizing AI is, there are effects that can be started without any idea how to actually DO what is needed. Taught my girlfriend runway greenscreening after I was impressed with the software's ease of use and we skipped a lot of work and started learning something else much sooner.

Although I have hope that human creativity will never be replaced completely, the range of things AI is perfecting more and more every day is still scary. Companies could just pay AI services in the future and create as many visual or audio projects they want instead of paying artists, leading to... artist with even less money than nowadays

See the issues with some of them, like specifically Dalle and MIDjourney are made unethically. For example with you selling the AI generated images of wire stock aren't even yours legally speaking and then ethically the tools were generated using resources that aren't theirs to use on AI training for for profit companies.

As much as AI is cool and all, please do more research into Dall-E and Mid-Journey. They actively steal art from artists to use as a data set to create their art. Unlike adobe which uses its in-house images to train its AI. Mid-Journey and Dall-E take artists' work without their consent and instead mash it all together rather than learning how to draw. This type of AI which mashes existing art instead of creating new art should not be promoted. Please take a look at the state of artstation and look at how many people are going against AI. These AI can be better if they ask for consent on peoples' work which are taken as a data set or if it learns how to draw line by line instead of mashing it all together.

Another downside is that it demotivates new artists from getting better if they try to create anything they'll know their art would just get stolen by an AI and mashed together to create something "better" than theirs. Support the original artists and not the AI that takes art without consent.

Selling A.I. generated content might be problematic.

Here in the states, 'A.I.' generated content can not be copyrighted as there was no creator involved. One could argue that their written directions to the program counts interaction and an act of creation, but they've tried similar arguments involving acts of accidental creation, and so far they have all failed.

Hrm....

Well copyright law, in the U.S. changes constantly so I guess we'll see how that pans out.

Ironically, it takes a certain level of creativity to look into the future by a few years to realise people claiming AI will be a useful tool to help creators are all just coping. You will be out of the job, period. AI will be able to write scripts, generate virtual locations, generate believable looking people, generate believable sounding voices, edit to match any kind of genre. Video creators are only safe now because video and stories and moving talking people are slightly more complex for AI to create than still images, but the time we have left is very limited. The biggest problem is the general public. Most people have very low standards and happily consume trash. So by the time a human crew can produce a professional, high production value video, an AI will have generated millions of videos. If only a handful of those AI videos come close to the quality of the human production, or even if the human production is vastly superior to all of the videos generated by the AI, the human audience may never see the human made video, because it'll be lost in an ocean of AI generated content. Right now, video creators are in a golden age, because everyone has a smart phone, and digital tools are better and cheaper than ever, but soon this period will end for us.
