Liyue and Mondstadt will always feel familiar and safe and like the traveler is home- everywhere else totally gives the “it’s pretty but I’m just visiting” vibes

If you’re a Mondstadt citizen Klee is not a real problem. She’s a hassle for the Knights but not every day people. If anything Albedo doing Alchemy is probably more dangerous.

Liyue is cool if you’re a super competitive person and your willing to be fight in a tight meritocracy.

Mondstadt is the better choice if you want to chill.

I feel like Mondtadt would be the most fun to live in since its a relatively smaller city than the others. Liyue is great, but i think id get tired of all the seriousness in it. So basically:
1. Mondstadt (fun)
2. Fontaine (the technology)
3. Liyue (people and land)
4. Sumeru (people and culture)
5. Inazuma (nothing)
