hello bro, kya aap help kar sakte hai ? maine stm32f103c8t6 ke 2 board kharidi program testing ke liye, par jab mai usme program upload karta hoon to board mein lagi LED to wark karta hai par jaise mai use external LED ya circuit jodta hoon ye kaam nahi karta hai. maine 2 board kharidi maine socha sayad pahla board kharab hogi par isme bhi same problem hota hai. external circuit kaam nahi karta hai. plz help us.
