My girlfriend came to visit me in the Philippines!!

Kumar and I rolled into Tacloban and guess who met us there? Therine my girlfriend! Yes, if you didn't know already I have been dating a Filipina for the past 17 months. Being on the road a lot, it is always a bonus when the girlfriend finds time to come visit!

This is just a simple Leyte to Samar adventure with a Canadian, Filipina, Filipino and good vibes!

Balangiga is a historic place... In fact there is still an ongoing dispute between the US government regarding some church bells that were "taken" from there by US soldiers... I think the US government has agreed to return them. :-)
