I'm choosing to swap my SRAM Force AXS cassette from the 10-33 cassette to the 10-28 cassette. The video explains why, including the use of SRAM AXS Web.

What gearing do you use with your SRAM AXS set up? Do you mix and match? Let me know in the comments!

Thank you for making this video and showing that the 16 is not available on the 10-33. This really helps me make the decision to go 10-28.

My bike came with the 10-33 cassette. I mostly ride flat roads all the time here in South Florida so I’m thinking of changing to the 10-26 cassette. The gears I mostly ride in are 13, 14, 15, 17. With the 10-26 I also get the 16 gear which is one of the reasons I want to upgrade.

Very informative, I would definitely mix and match. 33 is very helpful when climbing, but not really necessary in the Netherlands. Do you need to readjust your rear derailleur every time you change your cassette?

I also have a RED 10-28 and a Force 10-33 at home at the moment. Will be using the 10-28 mostly for the 16T cog, and the 10-33 when i go to the mountains. Did you use the BIG-BIG method for sizing the chain to the 10-33? if i was to size the chain for the 10-28, would it still work for the 10-33? i am thinking of drivetrain efficiency when the chain is sized to the cassette you are using most often. Not 100% sure what cassette to size the chain with... 10-28 would make the chain one inner+ one outer link shorter, right? Thanks for the help!

Thank you for this video ! Did you need to shorten your chain ?

Great video! Have you considered changing your crankset to a 46/33t in combination with the 10-28t cassette?

Hello.. i got a rival axs 12 speed gs. So i am planning on switching from 10/36 to 10/28 cassette. Do you know how many chain link do i need to remove for the 10/28 to work? Thank you.

JM, do you still have that 10-33 cassette? I need it, do you sell it? What if you offer me a bargain so I can get it. I live abroad the US but have family and friends in FL. Hope that this is OK for you.

Going for 50-37 and wondering about swapping to 10-33 instead of 10-28. Bigger chainring is definitely more efficient. But i got 53-39 with 27t max on my Colnago with Campy and that’s a bit short for real climbs so even 50-37 with 28t might still be a bit too short.
