If they don't use RVUs, how do they measure productivity ?

Now no families arise if your wrong caste, all hospitals have a thousand nusrses and all specialist Docters are 66 and no plan is made what if they want to be pensioner. Costs have exploded, quality makes Kim Yung Un laugh, and his evil sister plots to get young specialist Docters over there. Also its Europe, where they have a zillion unemployed PhD people and trillion consultants Deloitte PwC ey. So obv iously nothing is improved, Europe dont do improvement..:(
