PAN no company k nam ki honi chahie ya business owner ki or 3. bank account ko bad me savings se current kia ja sakta h ya nai.

Govt intentions may be noble but the basic flaw is in definition of MSME. It should not be linked to INR. Only rich people can start MSME and avail all benefits. In India, at the end of the day, all policies are made to benefit rich people only.
