Counter Strike 2 CS2 SSE4.2 launch error code fix with Intel SDE

A lot of requests to do a video on how I got rid of the error message when launching CS2 in Steam app, here is how I got rid of that pesky SSE 4.2 message!

Hello Bro, I already installed the sse in the cs2 directory and tried it, but when I open the game it crashes on the valve logo screen (I already tried it with all the sse codes). Can you help me? I have an AMD Phenom II x4 B95 (It should work for many people with Phenom processors, it has worked for them)

But the bad news. I did this today and it opened cs2, but Valve notices this file change as a cheat, and you probably won't be able to play online, only with your friends (Community Maps) or etc.

If you get "CS2 (Not Repounding)" on the Valve logo when opening it, try waiting awhile, Sometimes, it will un-Not Repounding.

Do i have to do the thing with cmd everytime i want to open cs2 or just once?

I would try with golftown in the emulator/first gen i7 so it doesn't try running avx instructions. You just want to spoof sse 4.2 afaik.
