I've been using my nsd spinner (manual pull string version) for a few days and the novelty hasn't wear off yet. I would use the nsd spinner more frequently and feel at ease to recommending it to others if it were designed with a more ergonomic grip. The current size is more suitable to people with large hands.

i have the one that wind by the string. but it doesnt spin long. it only lasts 10 seconds or so even i pull the string as hard as i could

How does this strengthen a person’s grip? I seen it advertised to strengthen grip and don’t understand how it would help.

Sorry, but this thing is pretty lame, I think I'm going to return it. Even using the methods you demonstrate, its just not powerful enough to help me with strengthening anything frankly.
