Do you get all the new maps when you buy the year 1 pass?

Thanks for this - I am really new to SR (playing on PS5) and today I bought the Year 1 pass as it was on sale in the PS store.

However, I'm confused - when I go to the Global Map all the new regions are still locked and say "This region is available in Season x". I've checked each season is downloaded and installed so I'm not sure if this is an issue or by design - do I still have to finish the initial game regions first (Michigan, Alaska, Taymr)?

Also, with the new vehicles included, do you actually get them in your garage (i.e: for free) or do you still have to buy them or find them?

It's so confusing and there seems to be nothing I can find explaining how the season passes work.... hope you can help me out here!

Why don’t you advertise that on the Nintendo switch version is unplayable as you lose all your trucks and start over and over an over and yes I contacted the developers and they didn’t care so it shows all they care about is money mo money as they took my money and won’t refund me
