I don't want to hate on people in the comments but you cant just use your parents name and ssn. They have to pay income tax on it and if you do not have good records of the income or their knowledge of the business they will go to federal prison for tax evasion.

Okay, this helps if you have an adult willing to help you. But if no one over 18 is willing to create an LLC or let you use their social security number then what? Personally everyone in my family whom I've asked to help me out with this is entirely unwilling because they're worried about what would happen to them and their credit if I had failed to for example fulfill an order or payment. They are also worried about having to pay up if for some reason I do not.
