so you’re telling me I have to wait until the card comes in to actually use any money that goes into the account? That's not effective.

Hi Dina! We realize how inconvenient this must be for you and we'd like to help with this. You can follow the steps below to request a new card in the Chime app:

- Tap Cards from the Settings.
- If you have a Credit Builder card, it'll be displayed first by default. If they need to replace their Debit Card, tap on the tab at the top of the screen to switch to it.
- Select depending on the type of card the member has.
- Tap Replace number for virtual card.
- Tap Manage physical card then Replace card for physical card.
- Tap Continue to finish the process.

NOTE: Requesting a replacement card will deactivate the original card.

When I follow the prompts calling me back I can see the one is pushed confrontation then another # to direct me /now ut 16 digits of card but just keeps saying that I need sixteen, I haven't an arrow back dilete, on provided key pad.

Don'tI was robbed $400 from my account while I was at work and had my card on me and chime says there's no problem with that. So if you like your money definitely don't bank with chime
