Gorsuch was on the CO Supreme Court and authored an opinion on the subject. If he, and they, don't arrive at the same conclusion, then they're clearly helping this skidmark out.

He should also lose his Secret Service protection and any pension he is receiving - and have to pay back any he has received and any Federal money spent in his protection.

There is a staunch republican former Federal Judge who is a constitutional lawyer as well, Judge Luttieg...he is the person Mike Pence called for guidance if he could do what Trump was asking and not certify the election in 2020...Judge Luttieg told Pence NO you can not do that...Judge Luttieg is also saying he feels the Supreme Court will and should uphold this Colorado ruling!🤞🤞

I hope the Supreme Court judges follow the rule of law and not their political persuasions

There are at least a dozen republican congress people that should fall under that category too.

Yeah! California, Oregon, Washingron, Illinois, and New York will *ALL* remove him. There's no way he can win without those states.

Wel, people say the 14th amendment was written In 1868- the us Supreme Court must uphold it. If the argument that this was written too long ago- but then how can they say the 2nd amendment meant all guns! Don't see how our elected officials think they can pick and choose what benefits them. ❤

If SC says no, that it doesn't apply to him, then what's the point of the constitution and rule of law ?

He should never be allowed to hold office again he shouldn't have been elected in the first place because he is unworthy of the office of president, and the title of it too

How many calls has Trump made to the Supreme Court Justices already trying to get their feel on it

The supreme court just need to do their job and follow the law.🍀

There should be no question for the SCOTUS to affirm this ruling. It's common sense not to allow people who are trying to overthrow democracy to hold office.

So let's see if SCOTUS is legit or bought and sold!

If ur 34 in one state, u're 34 in all 50 states. SCOTUS would be basically confirming that he is indeed 34 and that the Constitution does say it's a disqualification. If it's upheld in Colorado by SCOTUS, how can it not be for all states? It's self-actuating!

If the Supreme Court agrees with the 14th Amendment section 3 ruling in Colorado Supreme Court, then other states must make the same decision as Colorado to the disqualification of trump and anyone else involved in insurrection for any other office.
