It's really nice to have a coat closet by the front door. I like the flooring and the size of the rooms, although I would definitely need a mobile island. Very nice overall, especially for the price.

It was good that there were two sinking in the second bathroom. The house may have a couple living in it.

I don't see the need for 2 sinks in the main bath, since the counter isn't very big. Love that there's a coat closet by the front door. I think the closet by the back door is another coat closet.

I got an Adventure home delivered last May 2022 bought in May 2021 the year before- if that tells you anything!!) was supposed to get By December 2021! Which to say the least (besides extra living costs that we incurred waiting for so long!) screwed up my mortgage loan completely and cost us a much higher rate!!! They blamed it on state approvals. Even if true, Adventurer also screwed up the build specs (found out on day it was supposed to be delivered!!) Yes it also costed us more)and cost us weeks of additional waiting by Preferred Homes to deliver also! Ps. Don’t get me started on the quality!! All I can say is you need to have upgrades (replacing carpet and cabinets as we speak) but not saying if that’s even better!

VERY NICE, I WOULD BUY THAT WELL THOUGHT OUT HOME BUT I WOULD MAAKE THE MASTER CLOSET WALK-IN AND NOT THAT ONE SHOWED!
