This Nimbus 2000 is seriously a dream come true! I have always been a huge Harry Potter fan and wanted my own broom. From reading the books to then seeing the movies the first time I saw this thing I was itching to have one. Back in the early 2000's there weren't just stores to buy these. Well now you can learn how to make your own Nimbus 2000!

I think the Harry Potter prop is. Love to make is this one, but from wood and metal. That’ll probably be a bit advanced for me so the Elder wand made from elder wood is probably where I’ll start 😁

Awesome work! I was thinking about using real straw too, Just grabbed this as one of my 2 monthly freebies from Marco. Can't wait to try this out, been wanting to try that technique since Darrell talked about it, but never had the time. I still can't find the inks locally, but I'll get em online if I have to. Killer job! That woodgrain finish is extremely convincing. This one is definitely going on my prop maker list. I would love to see/hear more about that booth you use to sand and paint. Looking forward to your next project.
