RPA Bot – Business Process Exception Cases are a daily occurrence at Utilities and are used for various reasons. Clarification cases can be created for any identified problem and be routed to a specific agent or group of agents for further analysis and resolution of the problem. The analytics part of BPEM allows monitoring errors and success rates of your business processes and provides key performance indicators to measure the quality of your business process over time.
These cases need to be manually completed and in many case categories, can be completed using a BOT.
In this video,
· Bot Logins to SAP via its credentials
· Bot is executed to monitor a specific Case Category which refers to failure of Billing and Invoicing due to an Invoicing Block on the Contract Account.
· Bot Identifies Open Cases and extracts Contract Account Information
· BOT executes SAP Transaction to change Contract Account and remove Invoicing Block
· BOT executes execution of Billing and Invoicing
· Bot completes the BPEM Case.
