Hail smashes skylight in Canberra hailstorm

On 20th January 2020, a unique hailstorm swept across Canberra in a concentrated band. Hail up to the size of tennis balls pounded everything in its path, propelled along by gale-force wind. Our house and garden were battered. This is a video I recorded in the hall, looking up at the skylight as water poured into buckets and bowls.
