My Korean parents try Hickory Smoked Prime Rib

We devoured this beautiful hickory smoked prime rib with my sister's family. It was served with au jus, horse radish, pickled ramps, pickled perilla leaves, pickled jalapeños, kimchi, baked potatoes, purple rice and cabernet sauvignon. The meat was so tender and juicy. The flavor was just perfect with a delicous hint of hickory.
