Etrade allows to put trades in early when the markets are closed and then Etrade puts that money aside for that trade when the markets open. I dont see that feature for WEBULL why??? Every time I put in an order on Webull it tells me that I can only put in that trade when the markets are open. Is this true? Did I miss something? I am new to Webull only because Etrade has been slamming with a reorganization fees ridiculous

Hi, can someone please help me. I cannot see the portfolio button on the bottom of my screen. I only see four taps not 5. Help would be greatly appreciated
