Not a K State fan but appreciate the respect these journalists showed to a worthy adversary. Same cannot be said about some of Izzo's sour comments. So, good job fellas.👍

the key difference between this 2023 team and 2015 is the experience Interior defense/athleticism that Branden Dawson gave Spartan to defend the pain. Trice/Valentine/Forbe kind of equal out AJ/Walker/Akins; Costello is better defender Hauser is better offense. Dawson vs Hall or Sissoko ; that's the key difference.

Walker shouldn't have been on Nowell as long as he was. Should've switched for Akins way before they did.

MSU was only good enough to win on OFFENSE. Izzo micromanages to the point, Hauser is afraid to shoot at the end, Hall is afraid to shoot at the end, and Walker was BAD on BOTH ends --all game long--- except for one shot to send it to OT. Izzo was HORRIBLE with DEFENSIVE matchups. Hoggard was a stud
