NYCDSA Webinar | Effective Data Visualization with Python

Data visualization skills are essential for achieving the ultimate goal of finding and communicating valuable insights, whether you are pitching a new idea, persuading others to take action, or making a business decision.

Join us on Wednesday, June 23rd at 6PM ET and learn the fundamentals and best practices of data visualization to effectively present complex data and communicate insights in ways your audience can easily understand.

The workshop will provide clear explanations of essential data visualization concepts and data science tools, supported by various illustrative examples in Python. At the end of the workshop, you will better understand how you can effectively use visualization to complete and present a successful data science project. This workshop will be taught by NYC Data Science Academy Instructor Carlos Afonso.

No previous background in data visualization or programming is required to join this workshop. However, if you would like to follow along with the hands-on workshop, we recommend installing the latest version of Anaconda with Python. Here is a helpful video on how to properly set up Anaconda.
