The guy even said, basically, oof I didn't have a lot of time to prepare/tough crowd after that joke. Even the people there were uncomlfortable, not out of love and respect, but because it was a little revealing of something else: his movement hates every part of America. They succeed sometimes in appealing to specific Americans who resent other areas, people, institutions, but barely hold him back on calling each city they visit a tragedy or a dump.
