First house we ever bought was part of a workforce housing program. Builder had to sell a certain number of homes with income restrictions at a heavily reduced price. After 3 years you could resell at market value. We used that and a first time buyer loan to get us into our first home. It was a great program that served us very well when we sold. It was hard to find and actually get one, but it was well worth the work. So many great programs you shared. Thanks for educating us Sir Ashley!!
