Crucifix- Leg Side Control- Americana FULL VIDEO

Do you have a hard time controlling your opponent in a crucifix? In this video, I'll explain a control option on the leg-side of my crucifix that I use that locks my opponents arm in an "Americana" like position!

1. My bottom leg is over his arm for control.
2. As he tries to get his hands together, I grab his wrist.
3. I want my bottom leg to slide out until my "shoe laces" catch.
4. My top leg drapes over his wrist.
5. My toes on my lower leg swivel around my calf to prevent escape.
