Captain Sandy continues her on-going battle with Sirocco’s anchors, while Joao and Travis continue their deep dive to set the anchors free. Baseball star, Johnny Damon along with his family and friends not only go against the bad weather, but also a feisty neighboring yacht owner. Meanwhile, Aesha and June bond over their mutual losses. And as the guests depart, Sandy is faced with a big complaint making her second guess her decisions.

Sandy may be navigating the “Sirocco” mega yacht again, but she brings a new level of leadership in season four. With high expectations, she has no tolerance for anything short of perfection and will take drastic measures if the crew can’t deliver. Hannah, looking to right her wrongs from last season, is hoping for smooth sailing with a strong interior crew. But will choppy waters threaten her redemption? Mila, classically trained in French culinary cuisine, becomes the first female chef in franchise history, but after a bout with food poisoning right as the first charter guests are set to arrive, she’ll have her work cut out for her. Aesha, coping with a difficult past and using humor to get through tough times, is ready to hit the high seas and get another charter under her belt. Anastasia, born in the Republic of Georgia, has a strong sense of pride in her work ethic which takes her on an unexpected journey. João is looking for a fresh start and is laser focused on being the best Bosun for the crew, but not everyone is on board. Colin, feeling homesick, quickly finds himself on the outs after trying to connect with the new deck crew. Travis after a few mishaps begins to question leadership, however, it’s his “work hard, play hard” mentality that comes into question by the rest of the crew. Jack ruffles feathers when the crew notices he’s putting more effort into pursuing a crew member than his actual job.

Two things I’ve learned watching this show

1) the staff are just as self absorbed as the charter guests

2) there are absolutely no rules about treatment of others. If this was a company with an HR department there would no one left on staff

Anastasia got a big head way too quickly! I liked her at first but she really changed and started thinking she was better than people, including the guest.

I never know whether to side with Hannah or not. On her good days, she's great, but when she has a bad day, she tends to take it out on the people around her ... but I felt so much sympathy for her, dealing with June. It would be so frustrating. I honestly find myself shouting at the screen, "just answer your damn radio!" Even Sandy was getting sick of her towards the end, and being rude to Joao like that, I mean, c'mon.

Never ever argue with a chef, The captain is the boss, but the chef is king on the ship. No chef means no food, no food means you are screwed. You never find another chef in time and others can't cook like the chef.

Captain Sandy made a bad call by making Anastasia the chef! Kudos to her for filling in as chef, for that one charter, after Mila was fired. However, after that, Ben should have been brought in right away to finish the season! Anastasia allowed her ego to come before the best interests of the guests. I don't want spaghetti & meatballs or any of that other crap she cooked on my vacation!!!

Anastasia is sweet a 3rd steward, but seems TO act on arrogant towards the crew n guest as chef...too big for her own good, she got. Overly arrogant n confident. She fed them tiny portions.they pay for the luxury n deserve to be treated 5 star Period. Sorry you don't tell guest what they want..that's why they have preference sheets. Duhhhh

Anastasia missed her chance to remain a hero after she stepped in to help for the first time. If she was wise and had some humility she would politely decline to stay in chefs position further, explaining that absence of formal training would not allow her to bring consistently great results. She would earn great respect from everyone then. But I guess, desire to show off took the best of her.
