I just wanted to comment on the tone of her voice and the piano. The piano is mellow and SO rich, and her voice, while also being quite warm, is slightly bright. This makes the piano and her voice cohesive, while still having the vocals stand out. The mixing on this is beautiful because the problem with a lot of videos like this is that the voice is drowned out by the piano, even when still having a separate mic for the vocals. It makes me feel like I am wrapped in a warm blanket while laying down on a cloud.

I can listen to her music in the car, at the gym, working on the car and just about anywhere . It's been over 2 decades that I heard an artist that made me say, damn, this singer just has it, and Laufey my friends has it . I really think someday when the books are closed in this century, Laufey will be one of the greatest song writers ever . I believe she has brought a childlike innocence back to romance where everyone male or female can relate to that heartbreak or wonderful love . It's very powerful and hopeful . We'll done Laufey
