Thanks for this. It helped us figure out that the bed wasn't getting power, because somebody switched a light switch that turns off only half of an outlet. And that was the half that the bed was plugged in to. If the red on/off switch on the bed's box isn't lit up, the bed isn't getting power.

Thank you for this video I’m a senior citizen and trying to get underneath the bed Would have been an impossibility for me so I said let me try with the batteries first and sure enough that’s what it was the batteries in the remote-and what it turned out to be what is the batteries were dead in the remote or dying so it wasn’t strong enough to operate for dad change the two AA batteries done

Same for us. The outlet used to power the bed was controlled by a wall switch. (Now I remember) I had to go thru this same situation when we connected our Select Comfort bed 21 years ago. We'll probably do this again 25 years from now. Thanks for the Helpful advise.

This is the most complicated, convoluted, obtuse processes I have ever seen. It starts out with an unanswerable question ("Is it A or B? answer Yes or No") and goes on with a number of steps each of which likely ends up with "Contact Support". I am really sorry that my original wired remote pump died and had to be replaced by this monstrosity!
