I’m still processing this video but it’s been the missing link for me.. amongst all the common symptoms one of my odd symptoms has been the inability to speak or feeling I’m chocking like Paris mentioned.. it’s the first time I’ve heard of someone else experiencing this which is helping to convince myself that I have cfs and not something else.. thanks so much!! Feeling like I can now move forward in confidence

Paris had joined the program while I was in it… if anyone is doubting where she says she started from I’ll tell you it’s exactly how she described it.. so happy to see her resiliency ( or as Miguel calls it “becoming anti fragile”) as well as her physical accomplishments…

Hi Miguel I have constant cold and clammy hands and feet. Is this something you experienced?

I can't function some days it's horrendous the weakness and internal tremors are awful 😢
