About:
Lobo is a character appearing in comic books published by DC Comics. He was created by Roger Slifer and Keith Giffen, and first appeared in Omega Men #3 (June 1983). He is an alien from the utopian planet of Czarnia, and he works as an interstellar mercenary and bounty hunter.

Lobo was first introduced as a hardened villain in the 1980s, but he soon fell out of use with writers. He remained in limbo until his revival as a bounty hunter with his own comic in the early 1990s. Writers attempted to use Lobo as a parody of the 1990s trend towards "grim and gritty" superhero stories, but he was instead enthusiastically accepted by fans of the trend. This popularity led to the character having a much higher profile in DC Comics stories from then on, as well as starring roles in various series in the decades since. Lobo made his live-action debut in the 2019 premiere episode of the second season of the television series Krypton, portrayed by Emmett J. Scanlan.

I think he is a better fit for Lobo than Aquaman. Mamoa's rl personality is much more animated than most of his acting career. Lobo could be his best role. reboot aquaman.

Am I the only one that is against an actor play more then one character. And I didn't like when Ben Affleck played Batman even though he did a really good job his face is synonymous with Daredevil and I feel like every character should have their own face. And since I'm going to be honest I never really saw Jason Momoa as Aquaman but I can definitely see him as lobo.

Hugh Jackman in his prime would have made a great Lobo as well. Mamoa should be able to do a great job... so long as he is allowed to go uncensored and portrays a genuine Lobo

Jason Momoa kind of looks like lobo without the make up, but I hope his antics and mannerisms can solidify lobo's personality. The reason Ryan Reynolds makes the perfect Deadpool is because in most if not all of Reynold's films he has the same mannerisms and antics of the merc with a mouth. The same goes with Jon Bernthal, after his death in The Walking Dead, his antics and mannerisms throughout the series reminded me of The Punisher. I even commented to a friend if they are going to make a punisher series or movie, Jon Bernthal should be that man. When he first premiered on Daredevil series, he stole the season. Another example would be Ron Perlman as Hellboy, Perlman's facial features matched hellboy even without the make up. His nonchalant attitude and gruff demeanor brought Hellboy to life on screen. To the point, I hope Momoa can pull it off, Lobo on the big screen for DC is big. It can be a big hit or a big flop. But, the person who has proven on screen that he can play Lobo and has the antics as well as the mannerisms is Emmett J. Scanlan from the tv series Krypton. Like I said, big hit or big flop. Im guessing that is why DC is so nervous on putting Lobo on the silver screen.
