One thing I've noticed about Canales that makes me think he's the guy, is his ability to break down information in a very absorbable fashion. When an average fan can listen to him explain why he does the things he does, and can come away from the conversation knowing exactly what he meant... then turn that around and see him do the same thing with his players. That's such an underrated attribute as a head coach. It's also something very different from previous head coaches we've had.

I like his demeanor but I prefer a BILL PARCELLS type coach……but then again this generation is too sensitive?
