There was a tornado when I was in Arkansas. i was in the car driving away from it. I came to a intersection where people were sitting IN AN EMPTY STREET, waiting for the lights to change....while FREAKIN TORNADO DESCENDED ON THEM. i DROVE AROUND THEM AT 60. They honked at me for running a red light. I kid you not one little bit. I am amazed there is anyone alive in Arkansas. Stupid that bad usually ends in extinction.

Would it be too much to tell us when the heck this happened? As a 67 year old lifetime resident of Arkansas, who has never heard of Bay, Arkansas it would interest me to know whether this happened last week or 10 years ago or what. Why leave out such basic information? 😖
