Mingle Media TV's Red Carpet Report host Quinn Marie were invited to come out to cover the International Documentary Association’s 31st Annual IDA Documentary Awards Gala hosted by comedian, Tig Notaro and held at Paramount Studios in Hollywood.

2015 Honorees:

The Career Achievement Award was presented to Gordon Quinn, Founder and Artistic Director of Kartemquin Films
Pioneer Award was presented to Ted Sarandos, the Chief Content Officer at Netflix, for his leadership of Netflix’s game-changing support of creating and showcasing nonfiction programming
Tony Tabatznik and the Bertha Foundation received the IDA’s Amicus Award in for their work supporting non-fiction media
Lyric R. Cabral and David Felix Sutcliffe, directors of (T)ERROR, received IDA's Emerging Documentary Filmmaker Award, recognizing the achievements of a filmmaker at the beginning of their career in documentary film
Matthew Heineman was award with the IDA’s Courage Under Fire Award, in recognition of conspicuous bravery in the pursuit of truth
