CBI's Raid At Anand Tiwari's Residence Continues, Arava Gopikrishna Not At Home | Ground Report

The CBI is conducting raids at then Delhi excise commissioner Arava Gopikrishna and deputy excise commissioner Anand Kumar Tiwari's residences. Earlier, Earlier, the CBI carried out searches at over 21 locations in Delhi-NCR including the residence of Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in Delhi excise policy case. The CBI had registered an FIR in connection with alleged irregularities in formulation and execution of Delhi Excise Policy brought in November last year. Delhi Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena had recommended a CBI probe into the Kejriwal government's Excise Policy, 2021-22, over alleged violations of rules and procedural lapses.
