At 87 I have found true love! Every time I watch Janine Jansen play anything I am totally enthralled. A marvelous virtuoso.

This has every reason I love Jansens' playing. She is subtle and understated, lyrical yet virtuosic and passionate. She's a bor chamber player; watch how she responds to the conductor and how she plays with orchestra members. By refusing to be the star, she shines more brightly than anyone playing today. No, she glows.
