At 6:50 It's so adorable how you say "Prachuap Khiri Khan". I went to lunch with friends and when they asked where we were going I couldn't help it but say Prachuap Khiri Khan 😅, even though we live in America and the restaurant was just called "Thai Kitchen".

I lived at PKK for a couple of years. Great place. The chopper was from Wing 5 RTAF. One of the best beaches in Thailand, Ao Manao is located on the air base.

22:25 mate just be who you are alto ego on camera or not, love your vlogs and great respect for getting it going from scratch. I have 2 companies in the UK and I’m just on my final few years before selling up, I’m looking at bases for retirement, one Thailand another Osaka, Japan. You should visit Japan, it’s no longer expensive. Don’t know how you’d get on going to an onsen (hot baths) though, think they’d feel you were yakuza, but you’d get away with it being a farang ! I know the feeling from being here and there, it’s like the world is off your shoulders. Keep going great vlogs.

Post office has stopped doing IDP in the uk you have to go to a participating pay point store . It’s still only takes a few minutes

You can use the beach (Ao Manao) on the airbase (Wing 5), it's absolutely beautiful, just have to sign in at the guardroom. They also have a hotel there and various eateries on the beach which, being on a military base, is pristine clean.

Nice vid Tony - watched all of it.
Must admit, have watched STL's vids about PKK and thought it looked stunning - you confirmed it. Can see it getting busier and more interesting as time goes on. Its certainly somewhere i have thought about in terms of retiring- although i'm more of a sunset man than sun-rise if you know what i mean.

Looks like a beautiful place, I especially love the long jetty, would be a great place to sit and wet a line and have a few beers. I'm surprised you don't try different cafes/restaurants all the time, resulting in other places receiving much needed advertising .
