I did some tests a couple of days ago and the results were awesome. But the characters facial features changed too much from the original which makes it difficult to keep continuity for a long video where the characters will appear in different shots.

This is drastically expensive! Why not create this as a desktop app so that when a user does the generation they use their own infra incl. GPU instead of Runway's. That way it'll be cheaper for Runway to offer this service and also cheaper for users as they may want to use their own hardware instead of paying for the cloud services.

The "Generate" button doesn't work and stays dim. I made sure my clip was 3.9 seconds long and still no go. I can't demo it if your "Go" button is broken...
