The rules require a warning before a delay of game technical can be issued from: a free throw huddle, a throw in plane violation, swatting a made goal, and not having the court ready.

I would add to your last 2 question, if a coach, player etc. comes after your after the game but you decide to just leave and not access a T, a game report should be submitted to your assigner. This is type of behavior is not acceptable at the HS level. Not sure about the college level. I know the assigner Greg and I worked for at the HS level would expect a game report from us.
