PrivacyTools.io has a good list of setting corrections in the FireFox about:config section.

What about using Firefox’s “Multi-Account Containers” extension instead of using multiple browsers? I tired it and when I logged into accounts using 2FA it saw the container as a new computer/browser and made me re-authenticate. Does that mean it separates info similarly to using different browsers? Also I use the “Cookie Autodelete” extension in Firefox to immediately delete all cookies, but then I white list the sites I don’t want to continuously enter in my 2FA codes.

Very informative. Decided to go with TOR (search only) Dissenter (Primary) but not so sure on Waterfox for viewing videos. What are your thoughts on using Palemoon instead of Waterfox?

You made no mention of Opera, Vivaldi, and Yandex browsers. What is your opinion of them?

Do you have a link to any videos on info about ICE links, and what about VMs, are they worth using alongside separate browsers with tweaked settings?

ghostery is the one i use because it is the only adblocker you can pause, if you go to a site that wont let you in because you are using an adblocker you can pause it, re-enter the site and then unpause it. no new adds whilst on that site, handy for sites with multiple pages and movies with adbreaks, brave works good too but l found on linux it was a bit slow and not updated regularly compared to brave on windows, that was a while back, so it may have changed by now

You say that you have an issue with Brave because of the engine they are using but then you use Dissenter.
What is the difference? Dissenter use the same engine so then you should also have an issue with Dissenter, because they use the same engine as Brave.
What are the reason that you are not consistent or consequent when it is the same engine?

I have MX downloaded on this computer and Mint on my other one, I was wondering if I can download Tor on both? or do I need a distro like Whonix or Tails to download Tor?

The problem with plugins like uMatrix or Noscript is they basically break the functionality of EVERY website. At that point, is it even worth it anymore?

The problem is people use their personal details to sign in to one Google or Firefox account and use that to surf the web for everything. Their entire digital lives are exposed and tracked.

Split your online activities into multiple profiles. Social media, shopping, banking, b/s browsing etc. Create a profile for each of these and be vigilant when surfing the web. It's slightly more effort, but you are essentially taking advantage of the clever algorithms they have developed.
