How to file Form 3 & 4 in LLP Version 3 MCA ? Both are Linked forms | LLP Form 3 Version 3 MCA

Stakeholders should aware about the Version 3 of MCA in which Business User can file Form 3 and Form 4 in linked mode.Watch out for the process of Form 3 & 4 filing to MCA V3.

sir while filling form 3 it is asking for SRN of form 4 field for the last one year- it is a mandatory field so it is not allowing to move to the next page without entering it. How can I mention SRN of Form 4 as it is yet to be filed, both being linked forms

Sir, Thanks for explaining well. We had done form 3 and 4 successfully in the month of August. Now we are unable to do so. We are able to fill the details in form 3, save the data and proceed to Form 4. The pages of Form 4 are not getting saved and finally the Submit button is not working. We are not getting any errors. Is this a technical issue? We were in constant touch with the help desk. Initially they told that it is a portal problem, after that they asked us to give a request to cancel the draft forms and do fresh forms. Still the issue continues.

Hello sir,

While trying to file form 4 to remove the partner, there was a small mistake in writing the city name in the address of the company on the stamp paper.

“Kovoor” became “NA kovoor”.

Is there any problem with that ?
