I made a canon similar to this one once. The main difference was that it featured a built in fuel injector, used an entire soda bottle as the combustion chamber, and used the whole lighter to ignite the fuel. I could’ve torn one open for the electric igniter, but I made this thing without parental consent, and they would ask questions if they knew a lighter was missing. The cannon itself worked well, but eventually the plastic bottle warped from heat stress. Just need to find some thicker plastic.

I like that you don't waste the bottles. To use less sandpaper I've found a rock that is perfect for smoothing things that don't require much precision

I built 3 of those a while back. I use antibacterial spray and 6mm bb's, hurts almost as bad as my airsoft glock.
