Nice informative video but the background music of Southeast Asia is very loud. I had to concentrate too much on the professor while he was talking.

The old PACES examination was harder to prepare for and pass as it was so different to what we do in real life. This new format seems to be more realistic and so day to day clinical encounters in the work place is relevant for this exam and every encounter is an opportunity to practice. So unfair! They took this long to figure out their exam format was outdated?
When will they incorporate testing the skill for medical registrar on the acute take?- completely different and more important skill set.
Pathetic. No wonder NHS is dysfunctional.

MRCP UK is far more futuristic and evolving compared to other specialities (ie: MRCGP) those who stuck in past and out dated.
