The blue and yellow cod is flashing on the sand because it has gill flukes. I have commented this many times. You need to treat the pond with API general cure. The fish will eventually die if left untreated. At least be responsible pet owner.

I would like you actually getting a flame angelfish for the mini saltwater pond I think they would look great and add a lot of colour and also I want you to add anemones and corals to both the ponds.

The fish flashing (rubbing) against the bottom at the 1:11 mark probably has a parasite, like ich. Treat the entire tank or you can try treating him in a separate hospital tank.

Nick, if you add more to your saltwater pond, you should go back to adding wild caught fish.
