P.S. In my hurry to re-start the game, I didn't read through the Hallstatt Culture perk so I may not optimize placement in the first episode. I realize things going into episode 2 or 3 before we place too many districts though.

It was not the campus but the Gauls that prevented the district being placed next to the city center. You were too focused on the military unit and not on Gaul's abilities :)

In Civ6 healing is 5/15/20; Civ5 it was 10/20/25.
