Impressive 3pt shooting exhibition, yes indeed. Uh..Wake the fuck up boys. This is the D-League! He cannot and WILL NOT replicate this in the NBA. Not even remotely. Look at the complete lack of defense leaving him wide open, no contesting on almost all of his shots. Spot up 3pt shot was on this game clearly..what about when its not?? As of now his entire game and only contribution to a team is hitting 3pt shots, which is nice, but if that's all you can do while on the floor you can't contribute significant consistent minutes. The LAST PTS he scores in this video = FUCK YES. Develop that area of your game PLEASE.
He averaged over 10 minutes a game last year on the Celtics. and his shooting stats were:
FG% = .353 / 3PT% = .258 / FreeThrow% = .552
(DOWN from COLLEGE: FG%=.407 / 3pt%=.349 / FT%=.706)

MORE ALARMING TO ME.. the FGA% by distance last year:   
0-3ft =.098% / 3-10ft =.049% / 10-16ft =.020% / 16+ft =.186% / 3Pt=.647%

PER 36 MINUTES: He chips in 4.6 Rebounds, and 1.4 Assists. 0.9 Steals, 0.2 Blocks. So he needs to do WAY more this year than SHOOT 3 POINTERS. I'm glad he can light it up in the D-League.. BUT I would MUCH rather see him use this time developing his drive to the basket, lane penetration and drawing contact, ETC... He REALLY doesn't need to learn how to live on the 3 POINT LINE!
