Thom Yorke - Unmade (From movie Suspiria)

An appreciation post for my favourite film of 2018, Suspiria.

This soundtrack always makes me want to rewatch the entire movie because in the very end of the film there's a scene where visually its fucked but the soundtrack is beautiful (or should I say perfect), which makes the scene the most perfect scene there is. Not forgetting the director, Luca Guadagnino. I've watched two of his films ("I am Love" and "Call Me By Your Name") which both are great drama films, I recommend you guys to check out. BUT, this film is by far the best film from Luca himself. Luca himself said, that his true heart belongs to horror genre film. I am not surprised that this film for me is a true depiction for how a horror film should be, not relying heavily on the horror itself but the drama that makes all the difference. If you watch some of the legendary horror films such as "Rosemary's baby", "The Exorcist", "The Shining", "Don't Look Now", etc. they all have a similar aspect, which is its heavy drama. Suspiria is a true example of how a horror film should be. Last but not least, I would like to thank Thom Yorke for composing the soundtrack for this movie, such a tragic yet beautiful combination from a film.
