Ingredients:
-1 block of Halloumi, sliced
-2 tbsp Honey
-2 tsp Harissa Paste
-2 tsp Crushed Chilli Flakes (can use more if you like the
-1 Avocado
-Rocket
-Greek Yogurt
-Pomegranate Seeds
-Fresh Mint
-Flatbreads
Method:
❤️Add your honey, harissa and chilli flakes to a bowl and mix. Add your sliced halloumi and mix to cover.
❤️Add some olive oil to a pan and cook the halloumi until golden brown.
❤️To your flat breads add the avocado and mash, rocket, halloumi, greek yogurt, pomegranate seeds and fresh mint
