Oh man! It's almost 2025, and I still have this one video left from my August trip to Ocean City, Maryland. Let's get it out of the way before the new year comes! This is a brief walkthrough of Trimper Rides, one of the two main amusement parks down on the southern end of the OCMD boardwalk. Trimper has a lot of history, dating all the way back to 1892! Their oldest ride, their Herschell-Spillman grand carousel, was originally installed in 1912 and has been operating for over 110 years at this point. They also have a number of other historic rides, including the Bill Tracy-designed Pirate's Cove walkthrough funhouse. While the majority of their games are of the carnival variety, including pop-a-shot basketball, a classic shooting gallery, and several different water gun games, they do still have a number of individual crane machines located throughout the indoor portion of the park. If you're in Ocean City, make sure to make this one of your stops along the boardwalk!
