Please please stop yelling, pointing at each other. Please place some smart, power supply engineers in a room and determine what it takes to limit power outage to 25%, 50% when a category storm hits vs the 80% that occurred. Time and money estimate. Then the political folks can figure out who pays or even if worth limiting the down time. The other two power companies in Galveston and Montgomery counties also had 80% failure.
