Since 2024 the new way of uploading resume on LinkedIn is to Me or profile pic, select settings & privacy, data privacy under job seekers preferences you then go under job application settings. ( Don’t ask me why it’s so complicated) 🤣just do it!

Just want to thank you. I found your channel today and scrolling your page, you answered so many questions I've had over the years! Oh, man. I'm so grateful! It's often the smaller questions that don't get answered. Here's a question that I might be too confused to say well. My teen sons have Xbox 1's. I have the main old Microsoft/Xbox account. Can I somehow give them the microsoft points I earn in the browser if I get the Xbox reward? It credited to mine where it's useless. I hoped it had a gc code they could type in but couldn't find one. for the newer interface, click on Data Privacy from the left menu then scroll down to Job seeking preferences and go from there.
