I had been feeling less motivated in the last few days for yoga, even skipping my weekly class and not doing any home practice.
I get up this morning at 6am and think I just want to watch Youtube instead. So I put youtube on and find myself rolling out the mat. I'll just do a few minutes, that way I keep the practice up with less commitment :)
It ended up being a 35 minute yoga workout, and this video came on towards the end!
